We partner with individuals, families and children to address the challenges of today and build hope for the future.

CAP has restructured the way we provide services to children and families due to the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. Our work may look different, but we are still working! At this time we are not open to the public but please feel free to call one of our offices, leave a message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your patience at this time. We will get through this together! For helpful Covid-19 information visit our Community Resources page.

Community Resources

CAP is now offering a brand new program that offers mortgage assistance to help Madison County residents pay past-due mortgage payments.

The Covid-19 pandemic has left many dealing with reduced income or unemployment.  If you have been affected financially by the pandemic and you own your own home, CAP may be able to help with mortgage assistance.

Please see income guidelines and more details here: CAP Mortgage Assistance Brochure

If you think this program is for you, give us a call at 315-697-3588.  If you have any questions or are unsure if you qualify, don’t hesitate to reach out.
