Our Supportive Services program offers assistance to families in need with a wide variety of services. They help individuals and families in crisis or struggling to make ends meet.

Our TANF Facilitators assist individuals and families with housing stabilization needs working toward goals set by the family. Services include budget counseling, information, skill building, and help accessing needed resources. Support may include temporary financial assistance for transportation and housing needs based on income and program guidelines.

Our Housing Facilitators assist families who are homeless or at high risk of becoming homeless. Intensive case managers provide home-visiting services. The support provided adjusts to families’ needs, ranging from temporary rental and utility assistance for at risk families to temporary or permanent housing for homeless families.

Warming Sites

If you are homeless and stuck out in the cold, individuals/families can go to any Madison County warming site during their normal business hours to warm up, have access to some refreshments, a telephone as well as receive hygiene supplies and information on assistance during the cold weather.
